About the Role
Are you the go-to person when your friends need help picking or support their RC cars? Do you love talking about brushless motors, custom builds, and tracking down the perfect parts? If so, you’re exactly who we are looking for!
As an RC Sales & Hobby Specialist at REXCO-US, you will be the face of our shop. You will guide customers—from beginners buying their first ready-to-run (RTR) vehicle to seasoned pros looking for high-performance rollers and upgrade parts—ensuring they get the best gear for their needs.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Expert Customer Support: Welcome customers to our Melbourne Square Mall showroom, answer technical questions, and recommend the right RC cars, kits, parts, and upgrades.
  • Store Operations: Process sales transactions accurately, handle customer inquiries, and maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom floor.
  • Inventory Management: Stock shelves with our latest arrivals, manage incoming parts shipments, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Community Engagement: Assist with local shop events, races, or showcasing our "RC Community Showcase" gallery to customers.
What We Are Looking For
  • RC Passion & Knowledge: Strong familiarity with top-tier brands like Team Corally, HPI Racing, Team Associated, and Caster Racing. Deep knowledge of chassis types (bashers, crawlers, drift, racing), electronic speed controllers (ESCs), and battery safety (LiPo).
  • Retail or Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role (hobby industry experience is a massive plus!).
  • Strong Communication: Friendly, energetic, and able to explain technical concepts to beginners.
  • Reliability: A team player who is punctual, detail-oriented, and ready to help the REXCO crew succeed.
